how to overcome of section 306 case filed against a man

Dear sir,
a girl committed suicide and died saying that boy rejected to marry her...but there is no suicide note available. now, her parents filed a case 306 section. what kind of legal procedures need to take to save that man. Kindly give your valuable suggestions.
Firstly apply for anticipatory bail or regular bail so that the police may not arrest the accused.
Let the investigation go on where the police may not be able to evidence against the accused. In criminal case the benefit of doubt goes in favour of the accused.
