How to merge two different case of same cause of action

Myself Partha Mazumder.I was working with a job placement consultancy as freelancer on 2015.I send some job candidate over their office.But they cheated candidates and given fake job appointment letter .Later on they closed office.From 1 candidate I took money in my personal bank account.After closing office that candidate make FIR in my name over two different P.S under section-420,468,469,470,120(b).Therefore I have taken bail from two different court.Other co-accused(office owner and his associate)also arrested and took bail.Chargesheet given on both court on 2017.But 1 co accused absconded.Still today trial not yet started.Its very difficult for me to appear two different court for same cause of action matter.How to merge this two cases into one court.Is it require to go high court. Also I want to know how much possibilities to get aquited in this case.What is the chances of case will go in my favour.Kindly guide me.

okay so you can get one of the FIR quashed against you by moving an application under section 482 CrPC before the high court. now coming to the chances of acquittal I would have been the most happiest person to inform you that you wouldn't be convicted in such a case but for two reasons mutually exclusive I cannot comment on this aspect. the first is I'm not privy to the materials on which the prosecution will rely and second I'm not privy on the extent of your complicity in this whole modus operandi.

Case has merit and demerit. It actually depends who you engage and how the case is presented. There is a way to quash the entire proceeding provided you engage a Senior Counsel however merging two cases is no way possible. If you are interested then you can contact me for further assistance.
