How to get the bail under section 306 ipc and st/sc act from HC

Dear sir/mam plzz provide me info. that if district court rejected my uncle appeal for bail after how many days of imprisonment HC will definitely provide him bail under given charges. Approx how much amt. of bail bond will have to be deposited in HC.

There is no specific time within which the High Court grants bail in such cases. You should immediately move to high court for bail. In sections mentioned by you, generally High Orders bail bond of near about Rs. 50,000/- with one or two local sureties of the same amount.
