How to get out of house arrest?

Hi, I’m a 25 years old women. Working as a freelancer. My mother locked me in house and never let me go out from last 1 year. Even if i have to go for a medical checkup, she will come with me. If I go to meet my friends she will follow me without my friends knowing it. Now she is not even allowing me to go anywhere. She keeps the house locked all the day. She won’t even give me food. I’ve bought an induction stove and cooking meal for me alone in my room. How to get out of this situation ?

call 100 police aid and inform your situtation and get out your house , there should be any reason to mom action but to gain freedom call police through 100 and explain situtation and contact trusted person who will help you
