How to get certified copy correct

Hi all,
Today I got my certified copy of court order but it has one line which says police arrest me and presented me to court but there was no arrest happen on that day because ipc 294 506 323 was the sections. Court challan doesn't have arrest memo also. How can i get certified copy correct. Otherwise i have to say yes to question have you ever been arrested
You cannot get original/certified copy corrected. Once the judgment is passed, it becomes unalterable.
If there is no arrest memo, you can answer no on being asked whether you ever have been arrested.
What is important, is that you cannot completely hide the information about the case. Even if you make some mistake in disclosing information due to misunderstanding, no one is going to prosecute you.
