How To Get Call List Of 2 Numbers 1year Ago

Iam accused 376 . Victim give rape happened at 2019 august but after that we contact through whats app and calls. Unfortunately i delete the chats with her 1 year ago. Actually we chat through whats app and calls till 2020 december.is it possible to take that 2020 december whats app chat? Is it possible to taken our call list? If i get the call list number of times we contact after the incident rape is help for me in this case. How can i get call list and chat till 2020 ? Police connect with cibercell help to recollect them?

The telecom companies and internet service providers are bound to maintain call and internet use data for at least two years, so there is a good chance that call records from August 2020 onwards can still be accessed. However such records can only be released if such a prayer is made to the court where the case is pending and the court passes an order directing the law enforcement agency to procure these records.
Regarding deleted whatsapp chats, due to the end to end encrypted nature of the chats it will not be possible to retrieve the chats if they have been deleted from both phones if the chat was not backed up.
