The alternative solution is that instead of land tax receipt you have collect two salary certificate of government officials and apply for bail. Definitely you will get bail. You can furnish cash security
For which a separate petition to court is required you can do so only with the help of a lawyer
The amount of cash security may vary
It is the discretion of the court

Salary certificate of government servants are acceptable or else u can make an application for accepting cash bond instead of sureities there is provision in crpc for that.mainly it is the discretion of the court so it is depends on courts

Actually in Cr.pc no where it says about producing land tax receipt or salary statement and further it is a violation of the Constitution also.these practice of producing further documents are just brought by the courts and recently madaras high court has held that even a beggar can stand as a surety if he has a vaild residential address.

No other way, except to produce two sureties with 2 land tax receipts. You may seek for temporary release on self bond, but you have to produce two sureties value bond as per the directions of the concerned court
