A guy killed in neighbour town....n we all were protesting in our town..soon stone pelting startd...tyres were burnd shop were burnd... n i was moving on my vehicle..police arezsted 70 peoples n bookd 307 on us..n jailed us..n we have been got the bail n we r out now...but again by opposite political l pressurrs by opp eaders have fixed bodywarrant on us how tlo get body warrant bhel now

Body warrant cannot be issued unless and until you are in another case in jail. Suppose you are already in jail and another case is fixed on you, to procure you to the court they issue body warrant. Need more details to analyse the case.
