File a bail application before Bombay High Court. Its a non bailable offence so you have to sought bail before High Court. There is no High Court in Pune. The jurisdiction lie before Bombay High Court, Principal Bench. Engage a lawyer of Pune or Bombay and ask them to file a regular bail application. Regards

go to bombay high court for bail ....or file bail application after chargesheet ....or change in circumstances you can filled bail app .
