How to get back passports when criminal case is going on in court

My cousin and his parents having a legal battle since 2011 wherein charges of ipc 420 and 34 are put on him and their passports were seized by police and as per our findings passport is still with them . My cousin is planning to apply for work abroad and his parents are planning for pilgrimage journey to Israel. How can they have their passports as soon as possible.

Hi.... you can do one thing you will apply in the court for the getting passport for your job in abroad...as well as your parents also apply same as .... only court can decide to give passport back to you or not...
