How to file private criminal case against opponents daughter in law ?

Sir, my father gave me a house, my name recorded in gram panchayat records since 1978. I'm paying water & house taxes also. Due to my sister illness, she was lived along with my family with her family members. My father gave a gift dd to my sister as per her share(commercial complex). Her daughter got married. My sister was passed away. my brother in law left my home& living in other area. Now my daughter in law locked portion of my home. She & her family members always coming to my home every week, talking most filthy language, do not using my portion. We can't hear a single word from them. We did complaint in ps, but si said we don't involve in this matter. Now I wanted to file a private criminal case on them? Give me a advise? Thanking you sir..
