Forged will submitted at nclt Delhi . Forged will says nothing in future to daughter as already lot has been given . Brothers and deceased father lived in n . Pvt govt certified forensic lab opinion says sign are forged . Can private complaint with magistrate under section crpc 200 be made directly giving ref of this report . This report is based on sign appearing on photocopy of will and comparing with admitted sign on downloaded documents from filed documents on mca website Under which ipc this case shall be filed
See definitely we can file a complaint for forged will. We need to file application to produce a original will before court then we will ask for opinion expert. Because court will not consider report which is based on photocopy.
