How to file appeal for DV Case when dismissed twice?

Hindu DV case . initially judge passed wrong orders without seeing evidence .. we filed an appeal and again after 1 year appeal judge again did same and said contested-dissmissed . Now is there any chance to go for revision in same district court and under which section . The property is self acquired property and not a shared household and daughter in law is disturbing old aged citizens .

Revision always lies in the High Court. Under Section 115 of CPC, 1908 clarifies that revision does not lie in such cases in which appeal can be made. However you have an alternative remedy in from of second appeal.

Ofcourse You can go for revison even after dissmisal in lower court. Now your revision will file in upper division court in session court under DV act sec. 29. When The property is self acquired property then daughter in law cannot appose.Put up your points strongly in the court. Hier a good lawywer. Good luck
