DEAR SIR FIRST SO SORRY TO HEARD ALL THESE INCIDENT HAPPEN WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
FIRST MAKE A REPRESENTATION ANNEXING THE COPY OF SANHA (IF AVAILABLE) AND SEND IT TO S.P RANCHI AND OTHER HIGHER AUTHORITY OF POLICE, THEN PLEASE WAIT FOR SOME TIME, IF NO ACTION TAKEN BY THE POLICE THEN YOU CAN FILE COMPLAINT CASE BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE AND IF THE MAGISTRATE DON'T TAKE ANY PROPER ACTION THEN YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OPTION TO FILE WRIT BEFORE THE HIGH COURT FOR REDRESSAL OF YOUR GRIEVANCES.
PLACE OF RESIDENCE OF YOUR DAUGHTER IS NO ISSUE AND YOU CAN FILE CASE AT BOKARO STEEL CITY.
YOU HAVE VERY GOOD CASE AND THERE IS HIGH CHANCES THAT YOU WILL GET THE JUSTICE.
