How to file adultery case against mother

During my childhood days until my age of 20, I had witnessed my mother having an affair in my house and outside, my father is not aware. After 14 years now she is trying to upsurge my father's property entirely by pressuring him. When I tried to reveal this to him she gave a false police complaint against me that I am troubling them. Can I file an adultery case? What action can I take to avoid her taking over the property? By the way, the entire property is from my grandfather

Do you have any proofs to show the court to consider your allegation of Adultery on your Mother. Is your Father willing to support you on this Petition. His agreement/support is required to form the basis of allegation which you are levelling on your mother.
