How to file a case against a person peeping into our house

We have an apartment on the top floor with a terrace. The common terrace above directly looks into our terrace and house. A woman often goes on to the common terrace once or twice a week and peeps into our house. Earlier we did not have any proof. Now we have CCTV installed. Is there any protection against such behaviour in the law and under what section can I file a complaint? Thank you.
Try complaining to society chairman or secretary who will restrict entry and cause restraint to the lady or submit a written complaint to nearest police station it will stop her peeping in your house.
