I had to take account of government money from my subordinate woman. For which I wrote about 9-10 government letters to him. To avoid accounting, he used to talk to me kindly. On April 8, I accidentally sent a massage to her mobile and i like you. I said sorry at the same time. It is about this matter that he entered the fir to kiss and repeatedly say i love you. In fir he has written to kiss on March 10. Even after 10th March, she talked affectionately for more than 20 minutes on the phone several times after the office. I also have the call details of what I recorded. Keeping my hand in her shoulder is also a photo of both of us. Is there a possibility of getting rid of this case?

In your case she (the prosecution) has to prove all the ingredients of the offences mentioned by you. You may put forward all the relevant facts in your defence. Right now you have to fight your case cautiously. There is no other way to get rid of this case. Appoint a lawyer.
