Case YEar : 2012 - from last 4 year, nobody coming to case hearing. I want to dispose this case ASAP

Dear client,
Tell you advocate to insist for ex parte order in this matter as opposite party is not appearing for matter and it is pending since year 2012.
If judge is not in favour to give exparte order then go to high court and file petition for it.
