How to deal with scam in marksheets

1- Saw website for doing 10th 12th from Open University and approached agent at Dwarka Mor. He said he will get my 10th and 12th done from Andra Pradesh Board for 30000 each. No need to waste time in studying. I have already paid 45000 and he showed the result on some website. Which seems to be fake. A copy of Andra Pradesh government website. Now I am worried what should I do. As my Mom took loan from muthoot by giving her gold to pay. Should I directly go to him and ask for my money back as its a scam he is doing. As he is saying will get the original marksheets within a week from the board. or Should I file the FIR. All I am worried about the money I took from my mom. Is there any way I can recover this money back. Even If I have to involve myself in the case. As its my mistake in agreeing to this arrangement with the agent. Please explain in detail whom should I contact and what steps should I take. As I can help many others that have been through same circumstances.
