How to deal with punishment for committing fraud in company

i have done afraud of 80 lakhs in my company which was uncovered, my company asked me to payback 47.5 Lakhs and close this case ,i have already paid 47.5 Lakhs ,but now they are asking me to pay another 36.6 Lakh, in case i refuse to pay this money what are the legal recorse that my company can take ?
if they have ģiven u smthing in written than u are safe and absolved from all liabilities towards them but if nothingbin writing settling the case they can initiate criminal action for fraud and cheating under section 420 and even a civil case for recovery of money

If the risk is uncovered then you can talk and settle with the company. They will not be able to frame you with criminal breach of trust or forgery but they can refuse to give a clean chit to your future employer. You know pre employment check is mandatory. So that way they can cause harm to you.
