How to deal with fraud

A person who lived near by our society had came in contact with me. He said that he will issue a room in MHADA scheme where he asked me to pay the money. I had god call from a lady who claimed to be a Mhada officer she said my documents were fine and for the further process i need to pay money. She used to call me to pay the money claiming that the certain document is needed to be made and also there are some hidden charges which are not mentioned while allotting the rooms so i had to do nothing just believe her and to send the money with the person who i knew. All my call with this lady and the person was recorded.i have the details of the money which is transferred in the person account. Last month the person who i knew suddenly passed away, so i had contacted the lady where she confesed that she and the other person cheated me. She asked me to meet. On the day we were supposed to meet she instead of meeting me filed a complaint against myself stating that I am harassing her. Let me
