How to deal with false FIR U/S 506/509

My dispute is with Ist Floor residence, who are parking 2 cars in front of the building. The Ground Floor has 2 parking inside the building and the First Floor has also one car parking inside. I stay in 2nd Floor and own the 2nd floor, and denied atleast one car parking outside the building. When I protested, the resident of GF and FF registered a motivated FIR u/s 506 and 509. A old lady 65 yrs stays with husband in First Floor. My question how did Police register FIR and when I am the aggrieved party and suffering from mental harrssment of been easement rights.
It is suggested that you should also file a complaint immediately. It is the matter of investigation that who is suffering in actual. The police will investigate and present proper report. You cooperate with police and take photographs to substantiate your case. Writing complaint to police and photographs will help you.

See you might be suffering too but if there is no complaint on your behalf to anyone then how can the enforcement agencies will probably get to know what's wrong is being done against you. First of all you need to make your complaints regarding your infringement of rights and thereafter contest the FIR registered against you by either seeking quashing of the same or contesting it on merit.
