How to deal with embezzlement complaint filed against me

Dear Sir I am working in X Company, I missuse Amount Rs of 40k, now I am unable to pay, they’re given complaint, I don’t no wat to do Please help me
Dear Sir, yourself is admitted that you are misusing the amount. If they have given complaint against you, then you need to apply anticipatory bail before going to Police I.O officer. You need to contest the matter by engage advocate.
