How to deal with death threats

Sir... My neighboured been accused in criminal case of causing harm to my parents.and now trial is going on but he and his family is abusing., harrasing, and giving death warnings to my family.to take case back ... What should we do?
Immediately lodge an fir under section 506 of IPC and also file an application before the LD.trial court where case is pending where by asking Honourable court to cancel bail of the accused on the grounds of threatening the witnesses
