How to deal with death of person giving surety

i got bail on surety. need to ask if surety person dies can bail will be cancelled or if surety person withdraw surety what will happen. please let me know in both the cases. consequences.my chargesheet is not yet filed its been 6 months now what to do.should i be keep silence or anything i have to do.
Dear client if surety withdraw his surety or he died then yr bail get cancel. In these events u need to give fresh surety or otherwise u will send to jail. Chargesheet have to file with in 90 days. For any legal help call me

In case your surety died or the person who gave you surety wants to withdraw his surety then you have to approach the conserned court and inform them about it and present fresh surety. Consequence of not giving surety would result in cancellation of your bail
