If still unresolved after raising request in app, escalation through email and customer support, then report to grievance officer and if still unresolved then final remedy is to file a consumer case. Go for filing consumer case by approaching any advocate.

Directly you can file a case under consumer protection act as services not provided to young If you had the proofs of showing their deficiency in services either through whatsup chats or emails it is enough
