Filing case against the hospital comes under medical negligence under consumer protection act ….If you had the documents proving against medical negligence as wrong treatment had done ….And the bills which they charged these documents are enough to file a consumer case where you can answer for compensation up to 50 lakhs …….In consumer court it is speedy disposal it completes within one year your need to come and attend it is not criminal courts …If you hire a lawyer your lawyer presence is enough

My husband the petioner in contested divorce casr had appointed for advocate commissioner for his pw1 cross examination. For thos i or my advocate didn't get any notice. Just last hearing judge had informed us with the next hearing date as commissioner report. So in this can can I Object it? Because my advocate didn't Object.

Yes’s mam you can object it and inform to the court you had not received any notice ….Appointing advocate commissioner without your prior permission is not possible as the respondent you have to receive the notice from the petitioner then adv commissioner report can be submitted
