Please guide me to change Public Prosecutor at Barasat Dist. Court. One of the accused got bail without any objection of PP.

if you are the defacto complainant then you could have arranged for a lawyer of your own to oppose the bail. if you think the bail was not granted legally then you can challenge the order granting bail before the high court. you can also if such circumstances arise apply for the cancellation of the bail before high court in due course. kindly be informed if you want to get the public prosecutor changed then you have to have very cogent reason and simply non opposition will not suffice before the session or high court. better you discuss your case with all relevant papers with some counsel.
