How to avoid a suit by relocating

Dear Sir, I am from Telangana , working in UAE . If a case files on me in india could i fly to any other country , currently i am in UAE which kind of problems can i face.
India has bilateral extradition treaty with UAE. Please speak to some local lawyer, find out in detail if the charges framed are in the list of extraditable crimes. You are in a difficult situation and unfortunately ruling set up in our country is not so sensitive and supportive to normal public, so if India asks for your extradition on proper grounds, things could be worse for you, of-course your offense coupled with our ruling mindset of showing to other countries that we are being good law abiding country may be against you.

We need to know what is the nature of case. If it is a civil case then most likely there should not be any restrain order against you traveling to other countries. If it is criminal case then there is possibility of court giving directions to take siege you passport or restraint orders being passed.
