How Someone Knows And Within How Much Time If Any Case Against Someone

Is it possible that someone has a pending against his own and he is not aware ? I have never received any summons from anywhere ?Is it possible their might be something like case pending against me like complaint or case ? If yes then within how much time does it take for someone to know ?

it will depend on the nature of case against you and until and unless you receive a summon there is no need to worry about it. summon sometimes can be received after one or one and half year and may be sometimes after two years also. now a days text messages are also sent by the concerned court if you are a party to a case so that you are known that a case is pending in the court against you. if any of such things are happening with you, you can contact me
