how many times can court issue nbw in a criminal case

i am accused in a criminal case in section of ipc 147/336/427 from 1992 and 5 witness in this case from prosection and 2 witness are give their satement own favour and 3 witness not present from 1992 thereafter court issues nbw four times but witnesses are not present before the court and public prosecutor take only time. complainaint also dead. so what i do?

Sukriya Apne apne question me nbw kitne baar jari karnejankari chahi hai % Nbw ek bar hi jari hota hai lekin wapas lautne ki report dekhne se gyat hone per magistrate se nirman mein aur against 82 cplrpc ki karwahi ki mang krein? Aur ssp/sp ko letter ke saath bhejen Aur poori jankari ke liye poora detail likhein?

Court is informed by police of government counsel. Court can go forward to proceed for proceeding under section 82 and 83. Which will be dangerous for you. Better contact some counsel and challenge this issue before high court and finalise the case once for all.

Thrice, to its satisfaction. Enforce the compliance of the nbw's so issued by adopting the process of proclamation & its declaration thereto u/s. 82&83 CrPc 1973. Death of complainant has no bearing in the proceedings so going on ,as such
