prosecution means police will feel the bi report the too much late if you want to urgent leave can approach to the police station concerned and they will tell something then later we can feel the against file b report

It depends upon offences alleged and it may be filed between 6-18 months if B Report is filed a notice will be sent to the Complainant to attend before the Court to file his objections if any. The Complainant may check about the filing of B Report either in the concerned Court or in the Police Station.
