Hello,

Well in this case I need a few more details so that I can help you. You can lodge police complaints against him and the police will take necessary action. If the police refuses to take any action you can apply before the Chief Judicial Magistrate praying for an investigation. There are other methods also which can help you. I hope this helps.

its a case of forgery and cheating and you can file a criminal case in that regard. as far as recovery of the amount is concerned by instituting a money suit or civil suit the same can be done and it would be irrespective of the outcome of the criminal case.
