How can one compromise for case filed U/S 307

my younger brother and seven others got sentences 5 years by madhubani court.other seven already in bail.only my younger brother is in prison .now against party wants to withdraw their case 307and 120. because the fight has been done among our relatives. IT IS POSSIBLE TO COMPROMISE THE 307 AND 120 (SENTENCES) IN THE HIGH COURT?
