how can I stop him to get marry with someone else

i was in a relationship with a boy.we lived on rent in Jaipur as a couple for 2 months. they are only witnesses of our relationship. he assured me for marriage. we didn't go to court because our parents were not ready. and now he is getting marry with someone else. i tried to stop him but he refused to marry me. i want to stop him. how can I?
