How can I get my certified copy for a matter filed U/S 364 IPC

My wife register a false case of u/s 364 ipc in PS tappal (Aligarh) dated 25-6-17 .I.O completed his enquiry in favour of me and he said fr report in on co office khair.i talked to khair co office.they said report is not going to court.why??how i do now..how final report send in court soon now..up police is not supporting anymore.what to do for fr report goes soon in court and than i get a certified copy..how

U can get certified copy from court only when it has been submitted in the court. U can also get FR through RTI application. .
