How can I cancel FIR lodged for lost vehicle that was towed by MCD?

I have registered an online Fir as my vehical got stolen but now it was discovered that it was towed by the MCD. So how to cancel the FIR
You only informed the police concern through written application or e-mail and keep acknowledgement of that communication for further requirements that u have found your stolen vehicle then concern police would file closure report in court to dispose off the matter.
