Hindu 50 years old without property a women filed 125 crpc against me

I am hindu aged about 50 years without property or income back ground. A married lady claims MC against me. I am a widoer. She is married lady having her husnand still alive.the trail court sanctioned rs 5000.On appeal stay is granted. How the deceition of appeal court is going to be? She accepted her frist marriage. She deposed that there is no dissolution of her first marriage with her first husband in her deposition.even her father accepted the same in his deposition sa pw2. I did not get married with her really. There is no any kind of evidence in the pitition and in deposition.May I know how the decition of family court( dt court) is going to be plz ?
This suggestion only. When your case is going on record before the honble family coury and you have engaged counsel. The case is decided on merts of the case. There is no proof of your marrage ,but your have contact a married woman you have taken wrong step. The decision of the Apex court judgement decided on merits of the case.if your contacted woman's husband have opton to file a criminal case against you.The honble family court granted metainance of Rs. 5000/-. Further there is stay of apex court at presnt well and good. Your contacted woman's first husband issue admitted by her and het father. These things decided on merits of the case either before family court or the honble high cout.
