Check the High Court case status / order section on the e-Courts High Court portal using case number, party name, or order date. The order copy is usually uploaded there. Check the trial court case status / order sheet on the e-Courts District Court portal by entering the CNR number or case number. Once the High Court order is received, it generally appears in the case history / order sheet / next date proceedings. The most reliable way is to inspect the order sheet (roznama) of the trial court case. It will mention words such as “HC order received”, “records received from High Court”, or directions for compliance. Your advocate can also verify from the court file / Ahlmad (court clerk) / filing section whether the order has been physically or electronically received.
