Hi have a cctv footage from my neighbour's cctv camera. I have downloaded it and saved in DVD and need to present in court for 307 case. How to get 65b certificate for this? Is it admissible in court? Neighbour still has the DVR device also. Whom to approach for 65b certificate? Is there are forensic labs who will give cctv footage validation? How this generally works?
