Help & Guidance required

I have an open car parking space allotted to me by the Managing committee which is right below a mango tree which generally begins to fruit in mid March onwards & falls on my vehicle & damages the same. On previous occasions the fruit has fallen & damaged my windshield & I had to pay a huge amount to get a new one replaced. Every year since the last 4 yrs I have constantly written to the MC to trim the branches or to find some solution for the same...but no action has been taken up from them (i do have the past letters as well , acknowledged by them)This year also in the month of March I wrote to them.. I kept following up with security to check if any progress had taken but to my dismay till 17th May 2017 no progress was made & they said pls talk to the CM (He is a Hon.Treasurer who manages the day to day affairs of the Society & takes all decisions. Also misuses the society office as his Pvt personal office, using the office machinery & other services).  I had earlier also spoken to
