He has been accused of threatening to kill her for money

A person has filed a false case against me for demanding money threatening to kill me .I have also submitted my call details from Airtel to the court, in which there is no message of any call from the evening of 8th June to 14th June because at that time I had gone to Kashmir in my vehicle, whose toll statement and hotel bill are also with me, but when that person has given his call details in the court, then his call details are showing 3 outgoing calls from me on 9th June.

You can request the court to call for the authentic details of both the numbers from the airtel head office, then the court will take action accordingly, Also, did you know that person before this case or you got to know him After this case? what other proofs that person has submitted in the court?
