Hdfc Gave loan on fraudulent commencement certificates

Hdfc bank gave spot loan to property at Ambernath constructed on false commencement certificates we have raised complaint with RBI Ombudsman but no resolution- we want the bank and builder should return our money and take back this illegal property after paying back our financial losses

You can file complaint against the developer for wedding you the false comments in certificate and inducing you to enter into the agreement for sale. you can also find a criminal complaint again the developer for cheating. Also you can seek compensation by filing a complaint before the consumer forroum.
