HBC Not Filed By Respondent....

Hello, I am the petitioner in the criminal case currently we are in the stage of HBC. However respondent has not filled even after giving 7 chances he has been filling exemption petition. So what can be done from our side

Dear Sir, In case of HBC stage the Accused need not file anything except discharge application if he is not ready to file such application, your Advocate may request the Court to frame the charges by getting the presence of the Accused by issuing NBW. Thus, the case will be set into regular trial and summons may be issued to complainant and witnesses.
