Had sex with a girl who was under the influence of alcohol, is it rape

A girl agreeably drinks with a guy and gets too high. After she's high, the guy tries to kiss her and touch her. She tells him to stop it and drop her at the station so that she can go back home. He books a cab and instead takes her to his hostel and has sexual intercourse with her. She wakes up to see blood on the bedsheet. Is this an act of rape?
Yes it amount to a rape. If she complaint against you you will have to face prosecution and Court proceeding of criminal case if its stand against you. Having alcohol doesn't have any meaning in eyes of Law.
