I GAVE MONEY TO CA FOR PAYING TAX TO GST DEPARTMENT. BUT CA DID NOT PAY TAX TO GST DEPARTMENT AND KEPT ALL AMOUNT WITH HIM. IS THERE ANY REMEDY FOR ME?

You have a remedy against him to approach a consumer forum or to approach a civil court for revery of money.
Ideally, I would suggest that you approach consumer forum the matter will be decided at a faster pace.
further, I would suggest that you report your grievance before the ICAI, they may initiate action against your CA.
