Grounds for quashing of corruption FIR issued by high court

Can an FIR against corruption by ACB who caught redhanded with phone converstation recordings be Quashed by the Hight court? if So on what basis can it be quashed, The Complainant is ready to take back the complaint.
if the charges are being framed and then the matter cannot be quashed. in cases of non-compoundable offences the court does not entertain compromises between the parties. you can try settling the matter but in cases like yours its difficult.
