Grounds for accused to be convicted if plea bargain is accepted

If an accused decides to do a plea bargain even when chief of the complainant is under process and subject to magistrate approval his plea bargain appeal is accepted.Then under probation act of 1958 section 2&3 if the accused is let off will he be termed as convicted or how.

An application for plea bargain can be made, for offence committed or charged for.
Decision of application of plea bargaining depends on grounds and norms sole on discretion of respective court of law.
