If summons served you have to appear before the Hon'ble court , if you have any problem than you have to appoint a person who may inform with a written application about the reason for non appearance.

Dear Querist,

Kindly appear before the court if any summons had been issued in your name. violating the directions in the summons is non-compliance of the court directions which may go against you. Do appear.
