Send a Legal Notice • Through an advocate, send a legal notice demanding immediate return of your gold, failing which legal action will be taken. File a Civil Suit for Recovery • If the dispute is more commercial in nature (e.g., pawn or transaction), file a civil suit for recovery and return of movable property

Since there is a gap in your education between 2022 and 2025, you will be required to submit a gap certificate during the ECET counselling process. However, it's important to note that in Telangana, the process involves more than just submitting a notarized affidavit. Here’s how you can obtain a valid gap certificate: 1. Submit an Online Application by visiting the official MeeSeva or CDMA portal relevant to your district and apply for a gap certificate. You will need to fill in your personal details, specify the period of the gap (e.g., 2022–2025), and mention the reason for the break in education. 2. Get an Affidavit Prepared by visiting a local notary or advocate and get an affidavit drafted explaining the reason for your gap. This affidavit should declare that you were not involved in any academic course or employment during that period. Once the affidavit is prepared, get it notarized. 3. Submit the Documents to the MRO Office after completing the online application and notarizing the affidavit, you will need to submit both the online application receipt and the notarized affidavit at the Mandal Revenue Office (MRO). The MRO will review your documents and then provide a signed and sealed gap certificate. 4. Use the Certificate for Counselling once issued, the gap certificate can be submitted during ECET counselling if it is asked for by the authorities. Make sure you keep photocopies of all documents and submit originals only where required.
